1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from this website and to orders placed against our quotations.
2. Prices and quotations
Prices are in South African rand. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout or on the quotation.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been received, or on other terms agreed in writing. Custom and made-to-order items go into production once the agreed deposit or payment has been received.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival.
5. Use of equipment
The buyer is responsible for safe setup, anchoring, supervision and operation in line with the operating instructions and any rules that apply at the venue.
