How delivery works
- Your delivery date is confirmed with you before you pay. Delivery to SADC countries is quoted on request.
- Stock items are dispatched once payment is confirmed; made-to-order and custom units are dispatched when production is complete.
- Someone must be available to receive the equipment. Large units may need two or more people to off-load and move.
- Check the packaging and contents on arrival and tell us about any damage straight away.
Delivery by province
Gauteng: Johannesburg, Pretoria and surrounds
Gauteng has the highest concentration of play centres, schools and event companies. Summer thunderstorms and lightning are common in the afternoon, so plan outdoor sessions around the weather, deflate before storms and make sure units are dry before packing.
Western Cape: Cape Town and surrounds
Coastal wind is the main consideration for outdoor inflatables in the Cape. Use every anchoring point, follow the wind limits in the operating instructions and consider indoor or sheltered layouts for venues exposed to the south-easter.
KwaZulu-Natal: Durban and surrounds
Warm, humid conditions suit water slides for much of the year. Humidity means drying is especially important: dry units fully before storage to prevent mould and fabric damage.
Eastern Cape: Gqeberha and East London
Both cities are windy coastal centres, so anchoring and sheltered placement matter. Holiday resorts and family venues along the coast are common buyers of water and combo units.
Free State: Bloemfontein
Hot summers and cold, dry winters. Outdoor units benefit from shade in summer and indoor storage in winter; check that cold-weather inflation is done slowly so seams are not stressed.
Limpopo: Polokwane
High summer temperatures and strong sun. Plan shade for operators and users, check surface temperatures on dark fabric, and store units out of direct sun when not in use.
Mpumalanga: Nelspruit (Mbombela)
A subtropical climate popular with lodges and resorts. Water slides and combo units are popular for guest entertainment; summer rain means drying space is important.
North West
Resorts and schools across the province buy units for outdoor use. Strong sun and summer storms apply, as in Gauteng.
Northern Cape: Kimberley
Long distances mean delivery planning matters; allow extra lead time. Very hot, dry summers make shade and correct storage important.
